Explore movement as what you are, not only as something you do.
Participants will explore their experiential wisdom, and how the nature and landscape of who we are supports creation, performance, and long range health as artists. Through a sensory movement practice, participants will seek to find their own individual voice, as vehicles for communication and expression.
