In homage to Paul Taylor’s phenomenal work, Margie will be creating a work for 17 dancers, Rewilding, with the Paul Taylor Dance Company. In light of current drastic climate changes, balance hinges on our behaviours and our choices. Our salvation will come only from our ability to integrate nature, body, and spirit in harmony with our relationship to urban life. We need not abandon technology or progress, but rather weave it together into an embrace with the wilderness of who we are. The show will open in New York on June 8, 12, and 23 for the Bach Festival, and will also be performed in November as part of the Lincoln Center Taylor Season.

We would like to highlight that June 23 will mark the final performance of the incredible and talented dancer, Michael Trusnovec, with the Paul Taylor Company. Margie is honoured that he chose her work as one of the three pieces that he will dance for his final performance.
We wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
